Food was ok, however I did ask them why they didn't give me the Garlic sauce and they replied... I didn't ask for it ??? I presumed when they asked me if I wanted everything on it that would include the sauces but my bad I guess, so make sure you ask them for future reference. The meat tasted ok,...you should definitely try them! Nice enough place for the area.

Where do I start with this place. It used to be one of the best kebab places in West London that's why they used to have really good reviews. They used to be like a nice BMW that you'd drive on the motorway, but if you've noticed I've used the words "Used To Be", now they're like a 90's Nissan Micra that you would drive off a cliff. That's how bad they've gone. They're Kebabs don't taste like they used to before, now it's all oily and tasteless. I ordered the fries without sauces because it says on Uber "Note sauces will make the fries soggy". This is complete lies because it still arrived soggy. You use the old Yellow Styrofoam packaging still from like the 80's and wonder why your customers complain about the fries arriving soggy, which you've clearly acknowledged for you to write that as a side note. Get with the times, those packages shouldn't be used any longer. It has been a few years since they've gone down hill, I'm done giving them a second chance based on their old name. As of March 2023, they ain't the same no more. Done ordering from them. (Note: I've removed the part about it being a different recipe, I stand corrected still tasted oily and flavourless. But, with the chips part your reply is still incorrect because I only live 5 minutes from the Restaurant and I've had food from other places that are further that don't make the fries soggy. Plus, you go on about your reviews being high, but if you know Ubereats reviews it ain't only based on your food, there's a few other factors that's is why you have places that have 3 Star rating on Google, but 4.4 star on Uber.)
